Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (except for public holidays and Sundays) and in most cases orders are delivered to customers within 2-7 business days.
Shipping charges are added at checkout for each order. This enables us to showcase product pricing at MRP set by the company and be transparent with customers.
Additional courier charges enable us to provide services across 28000+ pin codes and provide added services like WhatsApp, Email and SMS notifications towards order confirmation and tracking.
Below are the shipping charges mentioned based on the product volume. These charges are calculated and added at checkout automatically.
Volumetric Weight Shipping Charges

0-1.50 KG ₹ 149

1.50-5.00 KG ₹ 250

5.00 KG and Above ₹ 500
We work with partners like Ekart Logistics, Amazon Shipping, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Bluedart, Kerry Indev, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and others for your shipment delivery.
You will be receiving Email and WhatsApp notifications towards order tracking details. Also, most of our shipping partners will send Text Message when the order is out for delivery.
In case you are eligible for reverse pick up and exchange, we charge equivalent amount to the forward shipping charges that needs to be borne by customers in case of wrong product is ordered by customers.
In case of error on our end in shipping the right product to you as per your order or a defective product is received at your end due to mismanagement in transit, we provide free replacements and arrange free reverse pick up.
